Hi everyone!
I bought a Vaporesso Luxe X2 for my wife a few months ago. She mainly vapes VEEV, but when we can’t get out to buy it, she uses this one. However, no matter what we do, with any of the coils, it spits and leaks all over the place. Is this pod that bad, or am I just bad at it? It’s used with a 50/50 liquid (approx.).

I wouldn’t call it junk exactly, a friend uses it for on-the-go. I can only guess without seeing it:

  1. Could the head be faulty? Have you tried another one?
  2. DL or MTL? If DL, it’s not opening properly and the head gets flooded. If MTL, it’s too restricted, same issue.
  3. When filling, do you wait for the head to soak, or do you cover it and draw in a vacuum to make it usable faster? This can also cause it.
  4. If everything is fine so far, then I would go for a 60/40-70/30 VG ratio.

Several coils have been tried, MTL, but mostly almost completely open. Even after filling, we wait a good while with it. Then I’ll accept that the whole thing is crap as it is :smiley: I wouldn’t adjust the liquid ratio just for this, it’s good for my liquids. Rather I’ll look for some such pod that doesn’t produce this. I’m also looking for ideas for a suitable MTL pod for 50-50 juice :smiley:

Don’t stick to 50/50… A 70vg one will fit just fine. It will work just as well in your gear. Except maybe below -20 degrees :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello ! The girlfriend is into pod and mtl … She currently has both devices Vaporesso Vibe .. she has had a few pods already, but perhaps she likes this one the most …

Ursa nano 3.

HC-n is sold for pennies, 3 colleagues are using it. None of them flooded even once, with a 50/50 liquid.

I’m still ditching it because of the crap Liquid capacity.. if even the accon finds it small and insufficient.. then I believe them :joy::joy::joy:

I was waiting for them to update the pod head and increase the Liquid capacity with it.. but no… Although it has excellent flavor reproduction.

Hello.

We and several acquaintances have the vaporesso vibe 1100mAh battery or the vibe nano pro 1500mAh pod. The pod head is the same. One pod head lasts 3-4 months, even though a colleague messes with everything and it still holds up. Pod heads are available in many places. 4.5ml tank.

Does it only last 3-4 months with 10 puffs a day? :thinking: That’s an awful lot, although lately I’ve been looking at pods, there are tons of 2500-puff ones, that’s the average, but they also talk about 5 and 7000.

The device runs on two types of Liquid. One is a plain, colorless Methol Fress, with that it lasts 2 months plain… It gets saturated before it burns out… Roughly 200 ml goes through it… The other Liquid is Ragnarok or Luna… of these, Ragnarok is the full red one… Well, there it was roughly halved, but it’s still over 1 month… In contrast, the Ursa pod head lasted 2-3 weeks max… Switching works for us…

Wakes up at 4, then vapes. Only during breaks at work. After that, continuously from 4 PM to 10 PM. Since April, he has changed the coil head 3 times now. Sometimes he mixes half a tank of RY4 with peachy pastry. The flavor runs out, he changes it, and continues until there’s no brutally burnt taste.

So, since April, this is the 3rd coil head being used.

Admittedly, the 2nd one might have lasted longer, but it was his birthday and he doesn’t even know what he poured into it, but ehhh, it’s ruined. :joy:

It’s amazing how far these pods have developed. I’m already at the point where I think what we coil at home is just cheaper but not better. We have a G2, and it also gives incredibly good flavors, even though it’s already several years old, although I don’t know how long it lasts. Sometimes only 2ml is consumed per day :smiley:

My partner consumes 2 tanks of 9ml daily. The colleague, the dog, it would be better if they drank it. :joy:

The twisty ones are better. A good RDA or RTA has no equal. And if that RDA is on a squonk mod, wow. For example, a Topside Dovpo dual with 10ml in the device, and the other tank in your pocket. You can set off then.

Based on simple logic, if he has a bad Vaporesso, then I won’t recommend the same brand, simple psychology. The colleague didn’t mention the tank capacity, but if it were important to him anyway, then the Geekvape Aegis Hero 5 with 2000mAh, 6.5 ml. :wink:

Tastes differ.. your colleagues could also try other things than what they first got their hands on.. maybe then their opinion would also change…

I’m writing this because Ursa has been with us alongside many others, so I can compare them..

In my opinion, the story is complete this way, if the interested person can read several types of opinions and offers..

My Tibor. My colleagues wanted a simple tool like a wooden wedge, which is cheap and reliable. Each of them has 30 ml of liquid, and they refill it if needed. They use it with great satisfaction, even though I’ve told each of them that they could upgrade. Each of them bought a replacement device, and they are happy with it, I can’t argue with them.

The topic starter indicated that his wife basically vapes veev (veev), whatever that may be, so she doesn’t need it permanently. I can recommend the GeekVape Digi Max or GeekVape Digi Max R pod, it doesn’t leak, it doesn’t gurgle even if you don’t use it for several days. I usually test it by filling the device, using it, and then letting it sit on the desk for a week, so I can be sure how good or bad its wick is. In terms of flavor reproduction, it’s better than Vaporesso, but that’s just my opinion. I had one, but I sold it because I couldn’t DL with the 0.4ohm atomizer, it was too restricted; you can easily MTL with it at full or half air. I also only use 50/50 liquid for the flavors.
