What do you recommend?

Hi everyone! I’d like to ask for advice, I’ve only had a simple vape pen so far, so I don’t have much experience in this topic, but I would like to switch to a higher capacity/better tank. I would like help deciding which brand, product, or type is worth buying.
A display and very fine-tuning capability are not really requirements, but if they are there, that’s a plus ^^, my goal would be to buy a very reliable “big” tank that even a beginner can handle, and that won’t break in a few months. It’s also a “goal” that I don’t have to replace it for a long time, and if something needs to be replaced, I can easily get it. I’m happy to learn harder things too, so I’m open to anything.
I’ve already looked at several brands (e.g., Geekvape), but I haven’t found the perfect one. It can be more expensive, I don’t mind. I accept all tips, advice, ideas, experiences, and I await them with great joy! I also accept website suggestions from where it’s worth ordering, and anything else a beginner needs to know when buying such a product (I’ve read the quick guides on the site). Thanks a lot!

A Lost Vape Centaurus B80 would be beginner-friendly… You’ll master coil building in 1-2 days, but until then, there’s the included atomizer. After that, operating it is child’s play… great flavor, and it has TH if you need it, adjustable as needed. Oh, and it’s yours for max 20k.
Well, that’s all.

Hi! I have a few quick questions before we can offer any recommendations.

1: MTL (tight, low-air draw) or DL-RDL (bigger, warm vapor directly to the lung)?

2: Will you stick to pre-built coils or dive into DIY building?

3: The concept of “more expensive” is quite broad… is it worth setting a budget limit, because in this world, the sky’s the limit :joy:

Happy Vaping

And I almost recommended a Dani Micro, with a Kayfun Lite Plus…

Minimum… but if you’d rather go for AIOs… there are also custom pieces costing 300+ euros… + Of course, the boro bridge :joy:

  1. DL appeals to me much more, but I read that it consumes a lot, a lot more liquid because there’s more vapor… so I’m not 100% sure about it. I could use some help with this too, how exactly it is.
  2. I’d like to get into DIY building.
  3. It would depend on how much I would/should actually spend on the device monthly, for example, replacing parts, etc. I can thankfully afford 40-50-60 thousand (HUF) for the device, but if maintenance doesn’t cost too much (I’m not talking about the liquid now), maybe even more.
    Thanks!

Jesus Christ, how much does that cost…

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg!

From which website do you think it’s best to buy it later? Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll take a look!

Yes, DL = high liquid consumption. A more refined version of this is RDL, which is DL vaping at lower wattage with higher resistance. This really worked for me now.
An absolutely compact solution for this is an Aio. Like the Lost Vape B80 recommended by @Zsolt68..
For which I recommend the Vandy vape Ni80 Superfine MTL Fused Clapton Wire 30ga*2(=)+38ga (3.5ohm/ft wire) for RDL for you.

Besides the B80, there is also the Rincoe Manto AIO Ultra

A step up
Which is still affordable, say around 90-100 euros

Cthulhu Aio 2
Aspire Raga

I would just add, before you completely tear into the colleague (which I’m also slowly considering… ), that if money is no object, then I would also recommend a reliable mod+tank combo. I looked around three EF stores in Veszprém, they’re practically giving away DNA60 mods for dirt cheap, and they even have kits. For example, there’s the Innokin Sidera with a Zenith M tank, for 120 bucks, with which the colleague can build coils, which is out of the box, and use it. Plus if he also puts a Dvarw in the cart, then he’ll learn to build himself, and it’s practically foolproof. And if building still goes wrong, then back to the Zenith, and he can vape. And we’re not even at 60,000 yet. Add coils for the Zenith, wire, and say, a clapton, plus two packs of BPMods cotton to the cart. He’ll buy batteries and a charger at home, around 80,000 total.

Unfortunately, it’s sold out from both reliable Chinese shops
Maybe it’s available elsewhere, but I only see it in 1-2 EU shops for 70€+shipping right now :open_mouth:
Too bad you didn’t ask a month ago…

2 colors are still available

Available here too

This Greek shop, I have to say, is selling it at a good price right now… but there are only 4 pieces left there too.
I found this one more expensively: [

Well, I looked into this Centaurus B80 a bit, and based on a couple of YouTube videos, it’s not really appealing (not very impressive, you know), I looked at a few more things and it seems I’d rather buy a mod separately, a tank, cotton, etc., etc… I don’t know if this is really a good idea, but it doesn’t seem like rocket science to me. For the mod, I was looking at the GAUR-21 MOD, and also a couple from SMOK. However, to my great sorrow, I can no longer find the GAUR on either HealthCabin or Sourcemore. Is there any similarly reliable, high-capacity battery mod? I haven’t been able to find one that’s as good/not too ‘smart’ :(((
For the tank, due to saving money and other things, the RTA seems good. Within that, I looked at the Geekvape ZX RTA Tank to start. Building it seemed quite simple to me, and I’ve read good things about it. I think after a few builds, it will definitely work out.
Do you think it’s “unnecessary” to buy a GAUR-21 MOD (or another higher wattage one) for RDL vaping? It doesn’t seem that expensive, and I like the large battery :o.
Thanks for the help

Check out the Vaperina bazaar, maybe you’ll find something you like. There’s mod, wire, RTA, etc. :face_with_peeking_eye:

May I ask a question? With tanks, how prone are they to leaking if the airflow comes from the bottom? I see far more of those than ones with top airflow, which is why I don’t quite understand it so much…
