They are mixed into disproportionately strong flavor bombs… hard to outdo. But at least the composition of the homemade one is (roughly) known.

As Zoli76 also wrote, there is something in those that is quite difficult to mix at home, but it doesn’t mean you can’t find flavors for yourself that you would enjoy.
If you have money, you can start with the more expensive ones, shortfills, or longfills (which need a bit of steeping), or Shake and Vape, which are also liquid solutions ready to use almost immediately. But these are more expensive than if you mixed them yourself. If you have even more
