I would like to ask if the pods advertised as ads on Facebook with 40-70k puffs are legal? They promise shipping from a local warehouse. Thanks for your help.
Hi Peter! I think this kind of thing isn’t legal here, because FB is neither national nor a tobacco shop. 
So there won’t be anywhere to complain if it accidentally runs out, for example, at 69998 puffs…
…but who counts?

I think it was an understandable answer though…it’s not legal, it doesn’t have that many puffs.

40-70k puff disposable e-cigarettes advertised on Facebook are currently considered illegal products in Hungary, and therefore cannot be legally distributed or sold. If you encounter such an advertisement, it is advisable to be very careful, as these products do not comply with current Hungarian regulations.
