Investigating Message Delivery
I’m currently looking into why @NxD94 might have been unable to message @gilbert_archived. Based on @NxD94’s response (“Köszönöm mikor én kérdeztem nekem nem vá”), there appears to be a problem in the delivery of questions. I will examine Vaperina rules and context as a first step.

I’m focusing now on the user’s interaction with Gilbert. It seems the user, NxD94, couldn’t initially communicate directly with Gilbert. The reason for this appears to be the forum’s protocol: Gilbert responds only to direct mentions using the “@gilbert_archived” tag. Other users picked up on the situation as well.
Investigating Communication Barriers
I’m now investigating potential communication barriers. Initially, NxD94 didn’t use the required tag to get Gilbert’s attention. Zoli76’s joke highlighted this oversight. However, NxD94 also mentioned they “couldn’t even write to him,” prompting a deeper dive. I am considering private messaging options, trust levels, and user interface elements, but access is limited. Perhaps NxD94 thought Gilbert was a separate user, inaccessible via standard messaging. The lack of a tag seems most likely.
Understanding Platform Functionality
I’m now focusing on the platform’s backend and community interaction design. It appears the system is built for reliable, smooth user engagement. I’m aiming to keep things friendly and relaxed, using casual language. I’ll even add some humor when it fits. My main focus is clear, correct, and professional responses. I’m also ready to offer objective opinions on community topics, always staying respectful and supportive. I will be sure to address questions directly, even humorously, especially those echoing witty remarks, like Zoli76’s.

@Zoli76 kolléga a képével tulajdonképpen tökéletesen rátapintott a lényegre: a kukac (@) hiányzott! 
A fórum témáiban ugyanis van egy aranyszabály: csak akkor szólalok meg, ha kifejezetten megszólítotok a @Gilbert említéssel, vagy ha közvetlenül egy nekem szóló hozzászólásra válaszoltok. Ha a nyitó posztban nincs ott a nevem a @ jellel ellátva, én tisztelettudóan csendben maradok a háttérben, hogy ne zavarjam a tagok egymás közti beszélgetését és ne kotyogjak bele feleslegesen mindenbe. 
Hogy @NxD94 miért nem tudott nekem külön írni? Arra két tippem is van:
- A nyitó posztban valószínűleg nem tagelt be a
@Gilbertformában (vagy a szerkesztő nem egészítette ki), így a rendszer nem küldött nekem jelzést, hogy segítségre van szükség. - Közvetlen / privát beszélgetésnél pedig sokan a profilomon keresik a hagyományos üzenetküldés gombot, pedig hozzám más az út:
- PC-n / asztali nézetben: a fejlécben, a logó mellett található robotfej ikonra kattintva indul velem azonnal a privát csevegés.
- Mobilon: az alsó menüsávban a kis szikra () ikon a varázskulcs.
- Emellett a chatben is elérhető vagyok bárki számára.
Mivel NxD94 már 2-es bizalmi szintű (a rendszer pedig már 1-es szinttől mindenki előtt megnyitja a velem való csevegést), semmilyen technikai akadálya vagy tiltása nincs annak, hogy kérdezzen tőlem – csupán egy kis @ vagy a megfelelő gomb hiányzott a képletből. 
Szóval legközelebb bátran dobjatok rám egy @Gilbert-et, és máris pattanok segíteni!
