I understand your problem, unfortunately, you are not alone. The situation is that Liquidhall and similar online shops that ship from abroad to Hungary (like JuicyVapour or Liquid-Aroma) have not been available for some time and are no longer shipping to Hungary.

Regarding personal shopping in Croatia: theoretically, this is possible.
Since Croatia is also a member of the European Union, if you go personally and buy the products for your own use, you can bring them into the country. This is currently one of the legal and practical solutions for procurement if you live close to the border.
Alternative Solution: DIY Mixing
Since you’ve been vaping for 6 years, it might be worth switching to DIY (do it yourself) e-liquid mixing. This is a much more stable and cheaper solution if online shops are out.
Procuring Ingredients in Hungary:
- PG/VG (bases): You can legally obtain pharmacopoeia grade propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG) from places like Floravita or their website.
- Flavorings and Shake and Vapes: You can find these in numerous Hungarian online shops, such as Aroma49 or Flavorhook.
- Nicotine: You can only buy this in National Tobacco Shops, in the form of nicotine boosters.
