Here we use a load to show the voltage, let’s say a 0.5 volt LED. A vape of a newer type already has a built-in load, and on top of that you add another one + a resistor. There’s that much drop in these regards.
Oh, don’t get me wrong, we’ll just vape until the batteries last or as long as we feel like it
