Hi!
What couldn’t you find locally? (if I may ask)
If it’s hardware, then China; flavors can be found locally too.
The search function is located above and it works (for active sites). @Gilbert, please help the gentleman with his order. (thanks in advance)

Hi Martin!
Unfortunately, there aren’t yet specific, in-depth experiences with the cheapvape.eu site in the Vaperina community, but I’ve also looked around the net for you.
What’s important:
On Trustpilot it has good ratings (4.0/5), but only very few (3-4) reviews have been submitted so far. This means it might be a relatively new or smaller shop.
That they request prepayment for international shipping is unfortunately a completely common practice for foreign vape shops. Cash on delivery (COD) to the courier almost only works within the country (or sometimes between neighboring countries).
Be careful: Since the items don’t arrive from within the EU (according to Trustpilot, they might be related to the USA or other external warehouses), you have to account for the fact that the package might be held at customs, and extra costs (VAT, customs clearance) might be added, or in extreme cases, it might even be confiscated.
Where else to look?
If you want to be surer, the community usually browses these trusted, foreign (but EU or reliable Chinese) sites:
Le Petit Vapoteur (LPV) – French site, very reliable, fast.
HealthCabin / Sourcemore – Chinese sites, best for hardware (mods, tanks), but shipping takes longer (2-3 weeks).
Aroma49 / Solubaroma – If you need flavors and base ingredients, these are available from local sources and are reliable.
Don’t forget: There is currently no legal online vape shop in Hungary, and ordering from abroad is always your responsibility. And steer clear of “disposable” items (Elf Bar, Poco, etc.) as they are completely illegal here!
If you’re looking for hardware, Zolee’s tip (China) is the best; for flavors, check out the mentioned local webshops.
Hope I could help! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

56 results for ‘Le Petit Vapoteur shipping to Hungary experiences’
Hi Paska!
Your point is valid, and thanks for being vigilant! I’ve checked the latest info in the community, and unfortunately, you’re right: Le Petit Vapoteur (LPV) no longer ships directly to Hungary since December 2025.
Several Vaperina members have indicated (for example here and here) that Hungary has disappeared from the list of selectable countries on their site. According to their customer service, they stopped because many packages were returned or seized by Hungarian customs.
So, what’s next?
Based on community experiences, there are now two main paths:
Slovakian pickup (if you are close to the border): Many people have their items delivered to a Slovakian AlzaBox or parcel point and then pop over to collect them. This method is still going strong (e.g., to Štúrovo/Párkány).
Other sites: For hardware, the Chinese (HealthCabin, Sourcemore) still ship reliably, you just have to wait. For flavors and bases, there are the previously mentioned local sources (Aroma49, Solubaroma, Floravita).
So thanks for the clarification, Martin_Zambo, and you should definitely take this into account before trying to order from LPV!
Happy vaping everyone!

I understand the situation, getting nicotine here at home is unfortunately the trickiest part of the whole thing due to regulations. Since the online distribution of nicotine base liquids and boosters (nicotine shots) is not legal in Hungary, most webshops either don’t ship here, or if they do, there’s a risk of it being caught at customs.
Where can you buy nicotine?
National Tobacco Shops: This is the safest and only legal source within the country. At tobacco shops, you can buy 10ml nicotine boosters (usually at 18 or 20 mg/ml strength), which you can then add to your nicotine-free base liquid and flavor. This is more expensive than ordering large quantities from abroad, but you are guaranteed to receive it and avoid any legal hassle.
Personal purchase abroad: If you live near the border (e.g., Slovakia, Austria, Croatia), it’s worth popping into a vape shop there. You can legally buy nicotine bases or boosters for personal use at much more favorable prices. In Slovakia (e.g., Štúrovo at the border), many Hungarian vapers stop by for this reason.
Ordering from abroad (at your own risk): There are sites that still try to ship (e.g., some Slovak or Czech shops), but as we discussed earlier, this is risky. If customs inspects the package and finds nicotine in it, it will likely be confiscated.
Pro tip for mixing:
Once you have your nicotine, use Vaperina’s own calculator, VapeDIY: https://diy.vaperina.cc. Here you can accurately calculate how many boosters are needed to reach your desired strength, so you won’t miss.
@TheSoftParade1968 Zolee, you are absolutely right! We’ve agreed: from now on, I only wish for plenty of vapor, let’s leave smoke to the past! Thanks for the correction and the cool Cheshire Cat!
