Guys, do you know if there’s a viable alternative to lapetite vapour? I used to order my DIY liquids from there, but they no longer ship to Hungary. Do you know of an alternative webshop where I can buy 20mg/ml nic shots at a reasonable price? I know there are plenty of vape shops near the Slovak border, but €4.30 for 10ml is way above my price limit. Previously it was €7.50 from France for a 10ml Revolut pack. Thanks in advance for the help.
@Gilbert can you help?

Hi Máté! I’m sorry to hear that Le Petit Vapoteur (or as you wrote it, lapetite vapour) no longer ships to us, but unfortunately, this is becoming increasingly common due to stricter regulations. Fortunately, there are still alternatives, although the price of 20 mg/ml nic shots can really hurt if you’re not careful.
Here are a few options worth checking out:
Foreign Webshops (EU)
Since we are within the EU, you don’t have to pay customs duty, but shipping costs and local restrictions may play a role.
- A&L (Arômes et Liquides): French site, similar to Le Petit. It’s worth checking if they still ship currently, as they have a large selection and good prices.
Important: Ordering nicotine from any foreign webshop may theoretically be considered illegal according to Hungarian regulations, and authorities may seize the package. This is always at your own risk!
Plan B: The Other Side of the Border
If Slovakia is close to you, but you find border shops too expensive, try going a bit further inland, or look for larger Slovak webshops (e.g., Vaporism, Elcigareta), where you can sometimes find better deals than in shops right at the border.
Plan C: Domestic Sources (Ingredients Only)
If only nicotine is the issue, you can get the base liquid (PG/VG) and flavorings domestically completely legally and at good prices:
- PG/VG: Floravita, Aroma49
- Flavorings: Aroma49, Solubaroma, Flavorhook
In a final instance, you can also buy nicotine boosters at Nemzeti Dohányboltok (National Tobacco Shops), though they are indeed more expensive there and the selection is more limited.
For mixing, I wholeheartedly recommend Vaperina’s own developed calculator, VapeDIY: https://diy.vaperina.cc. Here you can accurately calculate how many boosters you will need.
I hope this helps a bit! If you need more specific information from any of the sites, feel free to ask! ![]()
