It looks like the famous French LPV no longer ships to Hungary, and Hungary cannot even be selected as an option. They said it’s because packages are already being turned back at customs. RIP

They don’t really charge customs duties, although my last package from them was re-taped with tape that had undergone customs inspection. However, the NAV officers can send it back.

The time has come (or we are close to it) for packages to reach Hungary only via alternative routes… meaning, not directly from shops into the hands of customs.

You can buy PG and VG by the liter… it’s not only available in 5L packaging. For me (since I only use VG), 1L of this is consumed in 9-10 weeks.

I found a way to place further orders on LPV. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work with Kumulus.

Is that surcharge you’d spend on a mailbox really worth it?

You are completely right. I found many, and even one that pops up a small window saying it ships to HUN.
However, LPV has its own manufactured products that I still wanted to acquire. For example, the LPV fist box, which seems to have a rubberized coating so the paint doesn’t wear off. Or their brilliant refill bottles
