Fortunately, I haven’t had any problems with them either. Although I ordered from there a long time ago, maybe twice.
That site has been operating completely illegally for a very long time. They sold pre-mixed nicotine base.. It was never a question that it wouldn’t last forever, but as the colleague wrote, they are like the phoenix 
bird

The former was generally always a gamble, and since using oxygain and VPN it’s “rubbish”!

I absolutely understand the situation, it’s quite frustrating when you can’t get your hands on things. Unfortunately, the situation in Hungary is quite strict, but there are a few things worth knowing before you start searching.
The Most Important: The Legal Situation
Let’s start with the serious part, because it’s very important:
Legal Disclaimer (Hungary): Ordering any vape-related product from a foreign webshop may be against the law. Hungarian authorities can confiscate the shipment and impose fines. Please always keep in mind that you bear full responsibility for any such purchase.
If a webshop is blocked, using a VPN may allow you to view the site, but it does not eliminate the legal risk of ordering and importing the product.
Legal Options in Hungary
If you’re interested in the DIY (do-it-yourself) route, or just looking for nicotine-free base materials, fortunately there are legal domestic sources:
PG/VG (Base Liquids)
These can be obtained in pharmaceutical grade, suitable as e-liquid bases:
Aromas and Shake and Vape Concentrates
Nicotine and Nicotine-Free Ready Liquids
These can only be purchased at National Tobacconists (Nemzeti Dohányboltok). Online ordering is not possible.
Shopping Abroad (In Person)
If you live close to the border, the cleanest and most legal solution is to travel to a neighboring EU country (e.g., Slovakia) and buy the products there for personal use. This way you avoid customs duties and the risks of ordering within the EU.

Hello everyone! I read about these rip-offs, fortunately, I haven’t experienced any, even though I ordered from them 10-15+ times. Cash on delivery, it always arrived almost 1-2 days later. I am currently struggling with a problem; I always order pre-mixed base liquid from them, and unfortunately, I ran out. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any decent base liquid on other sites, and I don’t know how to mix it yet. Finding my perfect aroma-base liquid golden combo is enough for me. 
So, long story short, I had no problems with them, but currently, if anyone knows a site where I can buy similar small packages, please send it to me.

Alternatives for Pre-mixed Base Liquid
Since you’re looking for pre-mixed, large-volume base liquid, to which you only need to add flavor, the legal options in Hungary are as follows:
1. Nicotine-Free Base Liquid (DIY, but very simple)
If you don’t want to mix just because of the PG/VG ratio, there’s a super simple solution that guarantees the largest volumes and the best quality:
- Buy PG and VG separately. You can legally do this domestically in pharmaceutical grade. Floravita, for example, sells them in large volumes, and many people in the community use it:
- Use the VapeDIY calculator! Vaperina created it precisely so you don’t have to do the math. Just enter the ratio and the desired final product volume, and it will tell you how much of each base ingredient to mix. This is the cleanest and most legal way to produce large-volume base liquid.
