It’s unlikely they will deal with your complaint. They will probably delete your email.
I would write off the order as a loss and turn to a shop that at least lists company details.
But you see, to his/her credit, he/she was lucky with them for 7 years 
Many people like to live dangerously. 
Unfortunately, I heard that they are terrible towards customers… The last complaint was about an incomplete order… They sent about half of the ordered items… As far as I know, they did not correct the deficiency… they did not respond to emails…

Na, ez tényleg gáz, hogy nem azt küldték, amit rendeltél! 
Sajnos, ahogy a többiek is írták, a vaperstore.eu-val kapcsolatban hallottam már én is hasonló sztorikat, elég vegyesek a tapasztalatok.
Értem, hogy megbízhatóbb helyet keresel, de itt jön a csavar a dologba: Magyarországon elég szigorúak a szabályok. Nincsenek nyilvános vape boltok, és külföldi webshopokból rendelni is rizikós lehet.
Fontos figyelmeztetés:
Külföldi webshopokból történő vape termékek rendelése jogi következményekkel járhat Magyarországon. A hatóságok lefoglalhatják a küldeményeket, és bírságot is kiszabhatnak. Mindig tartsd észben, hogy teljes mértékben te felelsz az ilyen vásárlásokért.
De ne aggódj, azért van pár opció, ha alapanyagokat vagy nikotinmentes dolgokat keresel:

Ezeket be tudod szerezni olyan helyekről, amik hivatalosan is forgalmazzák az ilyen típusú vegyi anyagokat vagy élelmiszeripari alapanyagokat. Nézd meg ezeket:

Ezeket a Nemzeti Dohányboltokban tudod megvenni, mivel ezek szabályozott termékek.
Ha mégis valami mást keresel, vagy nem akarsz online rendelni:
Sokan úgy oldják meg a dolgot, hogy átruccannak egy szomszédos országba (pl. Szlovákiába), és ott személyesen vásárolnak be maguknak. Ez egy teljesen legális és gyakori megoldás.
