It’s unlikely they will deal with your complaint. They will probably delete your email.
I would write off the order as a loss and turn to a shop that at least lists company details.
But you see, to his/her credit, he/she was lucky with them for 7 years 
Many people like to live dangerously. 
Unfortunately, I heard that they are terrible towards customers… The last complaint was about an incomplete order… They sent about half of the ordered items… As far as I know, they did not correct the deficiency… they did not respond to emails…
