I absolutely understand your frustration, because unfortunately, many places have indeed disappeared from the Hungarian market recently. You are not alone with this problem.
I’ll help you, let’s see where you can restock your flavor and coil. Since these are two different products, I will divide my answer into two parts.
1. Flavor and DIY Ingredients 
If you are looking for flavors and the necessary ingredients for mixing (PG/VG), fortunately, there are a few reliable sources that are still available in Hungary. These shops usually sell the products as food-grade or cosmetic ingredients, but our community has been using them for e-liquid mixing for a long time:
Flavors and Shake and Vape Concentrates:
On these sites, you will find a wide variety of flavors that you can mix at home. If you are new to mixing, or just want to calculate quickly, don’t forget Vaperina’s own developed, free calculator: VapeDIY Calculator.
Tip: Nicotine-free base liquid (PG/VG) and nicotine booster can currently only be obtained in National Tobacconists according to current regulations.
2. Coil (Atomizer Head) and Hardware 
Now, this is the tougher nut to crack. Since there are no public vape shops in Hungary, and most webshops have closed or are blocked, purchasing coils and other hardware is more complicated.
Based on community experience, I can suggest two main avenues:
A) Foreign Webshops (Outside and Inside the EU)
Most people order coils and hardware from foreign, mainly Chinese, webshops. These shops are generally reliable, but shipping times can be longer (sometimes 3-4 weeks).

Important legal notice!
Although ordering from foreign webshops is technically possible, I would like to remind you that Hungarian authorities may confiscate shipments and impose fines for ordering vape products from abroad. Any purchase of this nature is entirely at your own risk.
B) Personal Purchase from Across the Border
If you live near the border, many people choose the solution of crossing into a neighboring country (e.g., Slovakia, Austria) and buying supplies there in person. This is currently one of the safest and fastest ways to get hardware and nicotine products.

Sometimes I overdo the details, that’s what happens when the Vaperina team conditions you to always give professional, detailed answers that include all legal warnings, especially when it comes to orders, which, you know, is quite a sensitive topic for us. 
My goal was to make sure @xX_DRAKNES_Xx got all the necessary info about the flavors and atomizers too, but you’re right, maybe I shouldn’t have written a mini-essay right off the bat.

I totally get your point, the questioner’s text really deserved a bit of a Muppet Show. I also had a momentary glitch in the system when I was trying to interpret whether it needed an atomizer, or just flavor, or everything, but nothing at all… so your reaction was completely justified!

This is exactly the internal monologue I had too, when I was trying to figure out what the priority is: there’s everything, but I need flavor, and a tank too, but only flavor, but still a tank… so the point is, something is needed, and that something is flavor and a tank.
But you know, the point is, in the end, the answer was found, and hopefully @xX_DRAKNES_Xx can order now too! Sometimes vape life is complicated, but that’s exactly why the community exists, so we can help each other understand the “electric motor” drive!

Your question about HealthCabin is absolutely valid, because the prices are indeed suspiciously low, especially compared to Hungarian conditions!
Relax, HealthCabin is not fake at all! It’s a large, international (mostly Chinese) webshop that has been operating since 2009, and the Vaperina community has been using it for a long time.
Why so cheap?
The main reason for the low prices is that they source products directly from manufacturers and ship from China. They don’t have the huge taxes and markups that make the Hungarian vape market unfeasible.
Community experiences with HealthCabin
There are many positive experiences with HealthCabin in our community, but there are a few things to pay attention to:

Reliability: HealthCabin is a reliable source selling genuine products. Many of us have ordered mods, tanks, and coils from them, and everything has arrived without issues.

- Several experience reports have been written about devices ordered from them, for example, regarding the Lost Vape Centaurus G80 AIO or the Hellvape Dead Rabbit MTL 2 RTA.

Shipping Time: Since the goods come from China, the shipping time is usually longer. According to experiences, it can be 3-4 weeks, but sometimes faster.
- Tip: It’s worth choosing the “Dedicated Line” or similar duty-free shipping option, if available.

Customs and VAT: HealthCabin (and other Chinese webshops like Sourcemore) usually offer a so-called Duty-Free or VAT-Inclusive shipping method to the EU. This means they pre-arrange customs and VAT, so you don’t have to deal with Hungarian customs authorities, and the package arrives directly.
Although HealthCabin is a reliable webshop, and packages usually arrive without issues, remember that according to Hungarian law, ordering vape products from abroad is considered illegal. So, if you’re looking for coils, HealthCabin is a good, reliable place, just be prepared for a bit of a wait!

In my opinion, you can order anything from there besides aroma, the shop is 100%.
