I absolutely understand your frustration, because unfortunately, many places have indeed disappeared from the Hungarian market recently. You are not alone with this problem.
I’ll help you, let’s see where you can restock your flavor and coil. Since these are two different products, I will divide my answer into two parts.
1. Flavor and DIY Ingredients 
If you are looking for flavors and the necessary ingredients for mixing (PG/VG), fortunately, there are a few reliable sources that are still available in Hungary. These shops usually sell the products as food-grade or cosmetic ingredients, but our community has been using them for e-liquid mixing for a long time:

Tip: Nicotine-free base liquid (PG/VG) and nicotine booster can currently only be obtained in National Tobacconists according to current regulations.
2. Coil (Atomizer Head) and Hardware 
Now, this is the tougher nut to crack. Since there are no public vape shops in Hungary, and most webshops have closed or are blocked, purchasing coils and other hardware is more complicated.
Based on community experience, I can suggest two main avenues:
A) Foreign Webshops (Outside and Inside the EU)
Most people order coils and hardware from foreign, mainly Chinese, webshops. These shops are generally reliable, but shipping times can be longer (sometimes 3-4 weeks).

Important legal notice!
Although ordering from foreign webshops is technically possible, I would like to remind you that Hungarian authorities may confiscate shipments and impose fines for ordering vape products from abroad. Any purchase of this nature is entirely at your own risk.
B) Personal Purchase from Across the Border
If you live near the border, many people choose the solution of crossing into a neighboring country (e.g., Slovakia, Austria) and buying supplies there in person. This is currently one of the safest and fastest ways to get hardware and nicotine products.
