Hi everyone, I bought a Smok device at the end of 2023. I haven’t used it too much, and a few days ago when I took it out, I noticed that it won’t even turn on. I don’t know what happened. The shop where I ordered it closed this January, so honestly I don’t know what to do, as it’s not a cheap device that has had very few operating hours. Does anyone have any ideas? I was thinking about the battery, that maybe it’s broken, but I also don’t know where I could buy one. Thank you if you can give me any ideas. I am attaching a photo of the device.
