My order arrived today, which contained 4 Molicel P28A 18650 batteries, and I ordered them from thebatteryshop.eu. However, it says on them, ‘NOT FOR E-CIG OR VAPE’. Is this just some legal disclaimer, or can they truly not be used?
Also, is there any way to verify their authenticity?

That 2-rice-grain-sized glue they smear on to attach the strap to the sole can’t stand water the rest of it is 101% waterproof, half-life 2 years I love my foam flip-flops, after I properly glue the current year’s ones when they are new. Unfortunately, the SPORT lettering falls off them
