The package is in good condition! It was definitely Chronopost that was the shipping company! A complaint will be filed and they will send your package! But of course, this also takes more valuable time.

Is your name and address on the package? Because then it could set a precedent if someone gets caught with prohibited content during a package inspection, they can claim they didn’t order it.
Maybe you got lucky this way because of the booster pack, and the shisha smoker is making excuses…

This is very strange for two reasons…
One is the two-week shipping…
But what’s even stranger is that I don’t even see this shisha product in the small French shop’s selection. 
Something more likely happened to this package en route… I suspect the shipping company.
(Not the authorities in this case, because if you had ordered boosters and they had tampered with it, this package wouldn’t have reached you, they would have seized it and you would have received an email about it.)
After this, I’m curious…

So here is the summary.
I contacted them, and after many apologies, I received a 100% coupon and reordered. The stuff arrived intact within 4-5 days. So it was resolved.
Yes, something definitely happened in Germany because DPD picked it up there. There was a DPD report on it.

Yes, there was a name and address, but thank God nothing refers to the company; a very polite and discreet package.
