My question is whether anyone has been shopping in a neighboring country recently?
No matter how I look, I simply cannot find a shop in Slovakia where I could buy base liquid at a relatively good price. The ones I came across were 4x10ml for 65 euros. Pre-mixed 10ml packages are very expensive. Could someone perhaps give a tip on which shop I could check out, or if there’s an alternative solution?

Yes, thank you very much! I found the right website for me to buy PG VG. It seems intimidating at first glance, especially because it’s 99.7% pure. Essentially, if I want it in a 50/50 ratio, do I just need to pour them together in that ratio?
Yes .. but I don’t know what’s scary about 99.7 .. 
Because I haven’t done this before, I’m unsure about the remaining 0.3.
