Theoretically, everything liquid and needed for refilling is prohibited. This includes flavor concentrates as well. One of the customs officers here told me that if it’s only flavor concentrate and doesn’t exceed 300ml, then it’s not worth initiating proceedings. I cannot verify this information, so everyone should treat it with caution! So far, 2 out of 2 packages had no penalties. Oh, and there was also a gift disposable vape with 600 puffs in the package. I don’t prefer them, but they include it whether you ask for it or not. That also remained in the package. I guess it contains a maximum of 2ml or less.
