What about the fines? 
The truth is that in Hungary, distance selling of tobacco products (including nicotine e-liquids and e-cigarettes) – meaning ordering online from abroad – is technically not permitted according to current legislation.
- Customs and VAT: If you order from outside the EU (e.g., China, USA, UK), the package will definitely undergo a customs procedure. This isn’t just about paying VAT, but also about the possibility of the authority (NAV) confiscating the product, as its import in this manner is restricted.
- Fine: There’s a chance that if the package is
