Tube mod or vape pen fans: What are you using? This here is an Ijoy Saber - Freemax Fireluke 2 combo!

Last time I wrote about one of my favorite vape pen (tube mod kit) setups, a short write-up on the Aspire CF Mod + Atlantis Tank, on how to completely modernize the experience with a simple step and make a premium tube mod kit manufactured 10 years ago competitive even in today’s vape offerings. It’s a tube mod that is beautiful and shiny even by today’s standards - perhaps epoxy coated, but underneath it’s real carbon fiber material (plain weave carbon fibers). It’s worth reading, an atomizer is the trick to it all. I’d be interested to know who is still obsessed with the tube form factor and what they use? Bring on the #tubemod Handcheck !

For my part, here’s a black Ijoy Saber 100W + Freemax Fireluke 2 combo, with a 20700 battery! Genius stuff. I still have a few black and gunmetal, as well as silver (SS) colored mods and tanks (Ijoy Diamond tanks in all three colors, I usually ordered them with a tank and a 20700 battery. So I also have about 7 unused 20700 batteries. (I bought well back then for a lifetime!) - Ijoy otherwise created a masterpiece, even with its flaws (e.g., from a 5-level battery voltage protection, if it reaches 2 levels, it cuts the power, and it’s just a shadow of itself, no matter how you turn the wattage, is this chip safety? or rather an annoying bug). They packed the PCB into a small space, placed the 20700 battery next to it, and they also provide an adapter for an 18650 in the kit, so it also works with a Sony VTC5A or a chocolate LG battery, depending on your wattage needs. What compensates for everything is that it’s a variable wattage tube mod with a replaceable battery, so it doesn’t end up in the trash if the built-in battery dies for some reason, because there isn’t one. It lasts as long as the chip lasts - essentially, and if you take care of it, I think it will last a long time because it’s a quality product. I’ve had them for 6 years, they haven’t been used more than an average of 3-4 times a year, and they’re fine,
