I just thought of a new feature for this. This promises to be an interesting little project.

Does “vape” include all accessories, devices, and liquids, as well as nicotine or nicotine-free boosters? (life is short, let today be 48 hours XD)

Meanwhile, I already asked Gilbert and this only covers the mechanical units. So the key here is the VAT rate  Based on this, it might be worth experimenting further with aromas and base liquids, but rather just parts, coils.

Yes, “vape” is a collective term. But if the question refers to this:

Then, in practice, it doesn’t matter what’s in the package until it’s inspected, which, as we’ve said, is quite unlikely. However, legally, it cannot be stated that it’s zero risk, because if the package is inspected and it contains a product that is subject to some restriction (e.g., an excise product or otherwise prohibited), then there could be problems.

What exactly is considered problematic is not always clear; there are legal loopholes, and much depends on individual assessment.
Generally, if you order small quantities for personal use, any consequences, should they arise, will likely be milder.
