I’ve been reading the posts and also asked Gilbert, but I thought it’s worth asking here too, real experiences are always good.
My question is whether it is legal to order only devices (POD) in the current situation, and if so, can you recommend a European site?

Hi! Currently, it’s illegal to even breathe in Hungary. In my understanding, everything related to vaping is illegal. But let’s separate the parts.. if you order a device from anywhere and it gets caught, at most they won’t let it into the country.. but if it’s a product subject to excise duty, then you’re committing an excise duty violation, which theoretically results in confiscation, destruction, and a fine. I say “theoretically” because I haven’t met anyone who’s experienced this.. There were a few packages that were specifically intercepted and confiscated during an investigation against a Croatian “criminal organization,” but that’s all the stories.. The operation wasn’t aimed at the users either..
It’s just that we live in the world of social media… And if they share that from today the sky is green and the grass is blue, and they do it often enough and in many places, then there will be people who believe it
So, if during a Google search you find a webshop that ships devices here, then in my opinion, armed with this information, you can order with a clear conscience, at your own risk.
