I am a vaper, not a criminal.
I’ve certainly experienced many times that with a vape in my hand on the street, people looked at me disapprovingly, as if I were some alien. Someone passing by once waved away the vapor as if it were toxic gas. At that point, I couldn’t help but say something, this is mostly just vegetable glycerin…
This is an extreme case, but unfortunately, I often see the grimaces and frowns. In my opinion, this is because people are not sufficiently informed about this topic, they are misled, and not open enough to learning about it.
So I understand where the judgment comes from, but it still hurts.
Many times I’ve been in situations where I preferred not to take it out, or only a little, using it in MTL mode.
And believe me, I never intended to bother anyone with it on purpose.
Regardless of the government, I trust that over time our understanding, our perception, and our freedom will change.
At least here on Vaperina, I don’t feel that; we accept each other with this hobby.
