Hello everyone!
A long-held idea is now becoming a reality!
We all know that the social perception and acceptance of vaping are very important to every Vaperina and Vaper! Unfortunately, many things detract from this, such as unjustified and excessive restrictions, the ban on distance selling, the proliferation of the black market, and the illegal import of unregulated disposable products, which we absolutely do not support. We must change this! We would like to take this opportunity to give us a chance to perhaps turn the current situation around!
The plan is as follows:
After the ministers are sworn in, including Dr. Zsolt Hegedűs, the Minister of Health, once everything and everyone is in place, we will send our petition! We will address it directly to him, so our petition will enter the official registration system, which obliges the minister to respond to it! Therefore, it is very important that we do this correctly and gather enough signatures!
If you sign our petition, you agree with the following:
- We want to be able to buy mods, tanks, flavors, and other e-cigarette accessories LEGALLY, in a regulated market!
- We want to be able to buy from online webshops LEGALLY, from authorized retailers!
- We want it to be recognized, as many countries have already recognized, that the electronic cigarette is a HARM REDUCTION alternative!
- We want disposable products not to be conflated with refillable systems!
- We want to be able to buy from e-cigarette specialty shops again, with qualified staff!
- Furthermore, we want VAPERS’ OPINIONS TO BE CONSIDERED before any potential future regulations are introduced!
It is important that we succeed in collecting a significant number, even tens of thousands of signatures! Because if there are only a few hundred signatures on the petition, they will not be dealt with, or rather, they certainly will not be, because they will see that we are not enough! Therefore:
It’s time to show how big the Hungarian vaper community really is!
Now, it doesn’t matter if you don’t like the Vaperina page, if you only visit it rarely, if you are just a casual e-cigarette user, or if you don’t usually sign petitions. What matters is that you can do something big for yourself and the community! Something big for our common goal!
It is also very important to write real, significant messages in the comment section of the petition, so that they become aware of the positive changes brought about by e-cigarettes (politically independent)!
The programs of the future new government include the elimination of the tobacco shop monopoly, which could result in a free competitive market again. If this happens, it will affect us too! We want the wishes of Hungarian Vaperinas and Vapers to be taken into account when creating new laws!
Therefore, we ask every Vaperina and Vaper to take 1 minute to fill out our petition. (No registration required!)
Then, wherever you can, please share it! Now we have a chance to change the perception of vapers and alleviate the restrictions imposed on us!
We will send the name, city, county, country code, signature date, and the declaration “used for quitting smoking” to the Ministry in PDF format!
