Hello ![]()
I didn’t think so. I thought there was a paradise of vape stuff.
Me too, considering that there are major flavor manufacturers there and hardware as well, as far as I know. But apparently, they interpret the scent of freshly cut grass differently there… ![]()

Although, if that’s the situation, they don’t really hassle the average vaper there, they don’t restrict nationwide website access… I guess…
How should we envision a qualified salesperson? What will be the required qualification background for this? How can this be integrated into the educational system, and who and where will obtain the qualification to become a salesperson in a vape shop?
I also just wish that they wouldn’t restrict…
Just like it was 15 years ago…
A reasonably competent person with a commercial background can meet this standard – if they understand what they are selling. They still can’t sell junk, just as our old webshops theoretically couldn’t. I don’t see any greater risk than getting the wrong screw at an OBI.
I don’t know about that, but there are restrictions. E.g., where smoking is prohibited, vaping and weed are also prohibited.
I suppose it would be like it used to be, where the seller would be someone interested in this hobby and who has already learned all its ins and outs. ![]()
I also wouldn’t want to sell/work somewhere I don’t know anything about. ![]()
I somehow managed to accept that even at home… until smokers started telling me that, wow, that’s even more harmful.
While I was crowding next to them in the smoke. Fortunately, sitting in my armchair, next to a coffee, I can now write here and vape in the room, verifiably for 7 years without consequences or contamination. ![]()
I don’t understand it, but I like tinkering with it…![]()

You just know where to pour the soup..
.
You didn’t even need the qualifications 15 years ago!
A person quickly learns to vape stealthily
… so you can even do it on the metro without disapproving looks if the nicotine craving is stronger than willpower.
The political situation of vaping is only related to politics! A petition doesn’t need to be entirely about politics! We know what we want to change, but we shouldn’t elaborate on it politically, because things can be interpreted in many ways. Therefore, we ask everyone to view the petition realistically; it is, it just hasn’t been for you…
As you also wrote, there would be a tiny chance for change, and you undermine it because you see politics differently, not realistically! You don’t have to sign it if you don’t want to that much, but at least don’t ruin the morale!
Of course… the appearance and top of vape devices don’t look the same, nor does a TV remote, yet the vast majority can figure them out. You don’t need a PhD to understand this
. Anyway, there are reforms on more serious fronts too, since pharmacists can now prescribe medicine, not just doctors…
I guess not after this either. Whoever opens the shop operates commercially, and the seller is a user. This worked well in the past too.
That’s right, the system is self-regulating. Where an idiot serves you, I won’t go again. I’ll report it, I’ll share it so you don’t go there because this person is an idiot or sells fake stuff. This works in everything, even at a diner (the case of the gyros place opposite the dog pound).
You can’t mess it up. We’ve known it for years… no problems with it… now it’s a bit down.
This is fine so far, but we are talking about regulation here! I assume the petition refers to the seller having expertise in vaping. However, if this is included in the legislation, it can only be enforced with some form of professional qualification, meaning a specialized training course or similar would need to be organized for them to obtain a certificate. If this is included in the legislation, then no one will be able to open a vape shop because there won’t be anyone willing to take a paid course that only qualifies them to work in a vape shop.
