It was a campaign promise to dismantle the tobacco corruption! This needs to be done relatively quickly, as the system operates as a state-sponsored money pump with the national tobacco shop supplier.

There were many promises in that campaign. Now, the investigation and redistribution of tobacco shops are on the agenda again, which I read today. I also signed the petition, but I am still doubtful about it.
