Hi everyone, I just ordered from sourcemore for the first time. I received a notification email that they received the order. Since then, I don’t know what’s going on because I didn’t place the order with an account and can’t track it this way. Will I only get an email when the shipping number is available? And yesterday I wrote to customer service asking if the order could be linked to my account because I created one in the meantime, but they wrote no, and additionally, they wrote that Huahan Logistics cannot accept packages, so we have to wait. Has anyone else experienced this? I ordered from the bonded warehouse.

Hi! When your package is shipped, you will receive another notification with the tracking number. This should be within about 1 week, if the product you ordered is in stock!

Specifically, it will first change from processing to shipped, then in 5-6

Hi! When ordering from China, anything can happen… even that it’s already been on its way for a long time… And then suddenly it appears at the post office here…
I’ve had a few packages from Chinese webshops that took some interesting routes, but none that I haven’t received yet… Patience is needed though..
