Hi everyone!
I ordered from the Sourcemore website on March 30th. Since April 24th, the package tracking status says it’s at the post office and awaiting delivery. I haven’t received a package notification or a message about a failed delivery yet. What can I do in this case? Should I go to the post office and they will hand over the package there, or should I wait longer?

P.S.: I wrote to Sourcemore and they suggested I contact the post office.
I would definitely inquire at the post office, so they don’t steal it there or anything else… 
They hold it for 10 days, max. 14, as far as I know.
Hi, you usually get an SMS saying it can be picked up at the post office.. definitely go to the post office, because it’s touch and go if it will still be there, but probably due to the missed weekends and May 1st, it will still be there.. next time, don’t wait that long with it

It is shipped not as a package but as an international mail item, therefore, no signature/identification is required upon receipt and (based on domestic postal regulations) if it’s below a certain size, it will be delivered to your mailbox. However, if it’s larger than that, it will be held at the post office, and you’ll have to go pick it up. As others have written, you should have received an SMS (if you provided the correct number in your SM account).
