Hi Zsózsó! Thanks for the question, and thanks Sajt for the heads-up! Unfortunately, I can only help you here publicly, but at least others will see the answer. 
Getting PG/VG and nicotine domestically is quite regulated, but there are a few reliable places where you can get base liquids, and there’s a strict rule about nicotine.
PG/VG (Bases)
It’s worth looking for these in pharmaceutical grade, and luckily there are some reliable Hungarian sources where community members also buy:
- Floravita – They offer both 99.93% PG and 99.7% VG, which are perfect for mixing.
- Aroma49 – Propylene Glycol and Glycerin
- Flavorhook – E-liquid base ingredients
Nicotine Booster
Now, this is the harder nut to crack. In Hungary, acquiring nicotine products is strictly regulated:
- Nicotine products (e.g., nicotine booster or nicotine base liquid) can only be obtained at National Tobacco Shops (trafikokban).
- Ordering online, even from domestic webshops, is not possible.
Ordering from Abroad and Legal Information
If you were considering ordering from a foreign webshop (e.g., Germany, China), you need to be very careful:
Legal Disclaimer (Hungary): Although there is no customs duty or VAT within the EU, due to Hungarian regulations, ordering vape products from foreign webshops can have legal consequences. Authorities may confiscate the shipment and impose fines. You are entirely responsible for such purchases.
This is why many people prefer to travel to a neighboring country (e.g., Slovakia) and buy there for personal use. This is currently one of the most practical and legal ways to acquire them if you live near the border.

Well, thank you for the answer. But unfortunately, what you marked does not appear; I think some level is required for it. But I would gladly accept advice on where to order pg vgt from. I will order the booster then if it’s possible from an online store; I think they don’t sell things like this locally.
