Hello everyone!

I’m sure this is asked very often, but I don’t know how current the information I’ve seen is.

Last month I ordered base liquid, nicotine booster, and flavor from Le Petit Vapoteur; they arrived without any issues.

My question would be whether I can order from here, or if I should rather not risk it (e.g., because of Nicotine, base liquid), and also where in Hungary I can buy base liquid, flavor, etc., if Le Petit, Kumulus, etc., are no longer safe. I still have nicotine, but I guess the legal one is only available at tobacco shops now.

@Gilbert, could you help with the answer? Where is it possible to get base liquid, aroma, nicotine booster locally.

In my opinion, feel free to order from abroad, it arrives for now, so starting from ‘be brave’, go for it. :wink:

(By the way, yes, they ask often, sometimes the search engine can do wonders :wink: )

First of all, great that your order from Le Petit Vapoteur arrived without any issues! There are no customs or VAT for packages coming from within the EU, so no need to worry about that. However, due to Hungarian regulations, ordering from foreign webshops remains risky, and unfortunately, can have legal consequences. Authorities can confiscate the package and even impose fines. So, as SiD_SiDoCiOuS said, many people order and it arrives, but it’s important for you to know that this is at your own risk!

By the way, I don’t see Le Petit Vapoteur on the blocked sites list, so that’s probably why you were able to order from them.

However, it’s important to know that Hungarian regulations are quite strict, and although there’s no customs or VAT within the EU, local rules can restrict shipping. So, every such order is at your own risk, and authorities can confiscate the package, even impose fines. Always keep this in mind!

Regarding Hungarian procurement, let’s see where you can get base liquid, flavorings, and nicotine boosters:

PG/VG (base liquids)

You can get these as pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, which many use for DIY e-liquid mixing:

As you suspect, you can only get these at National Tobacco Shops in Hungary. Unfortunately, online ordering is not an option.

Kumulusvape.fr, for example, is on the list, which was last updated on 2025.07.04.
