Edge, Opera, Firefox.
They all run nicely, on Windows and PC.
Brave is also great, on Android and Windows.

By any chance, is a VPN installed, but you just forgot? 
Because it works for me in all of them like that. There are also antivirus programs that hide you.

I only have it set up for Opera; I don’t have VPN on the others.

It only opens with a VPN on my phone as well. It might not be blocked in the entire country yet… or I don’t know.
