I have a question that needs a solution: If I ordered a 30/70 base liquid before the major regulations, knowing that it’s better for the overall result if PG and VG are mixed separately, my question is: How can I mix in the flavoring and nicotine to get the desired taste?

It would also be good to know what device you would use it in, what nicotine strength you have, and what flavor you have.
What do you mean by it being better if PG and VG are mixed separately?
If you mean that your pre-mixed 30/70 base liquid’s ratio will change, because the flavor is predominantly in PG and it also depends on the nicotine.

Yes, I forgot to mention that I would use it for DL. And by ‘separately mixed base liquid’, I meant that, as far as I know, you can buy PG separately and VG separately too

If you still want to mix with the 70VG/30PG base liquid, then simply mix the separately purchased PG and VG into a bottle beforehand.

Welcome to Vaperina.
First of all, this is subjective. If you’re mixing a liquid for DL (Direct Lung), you can add an extra 2-3% flavoring for taste. Above the recommended percentage. It would be good to know the nic ratio as well. Because there’s 50/50, and also 70vg/30pg. Because if you have a 70/30 base liquid and you add another 10-15% flavoring to it (which is 100% PG), and also add 50/50 nic alongside it, its ratio will significantly shift towards PG. For DL, especially like this in the summer, 70vg 30pg is recommended at a minimum.

I would supplement this by saying that even in summer, in DL too, the 50/50 lenses are perfect, at least for me, there are no signs of problems so far. Even though there have already been a few really hot days + car heat…

Well, I guess you wick it normally. The 50/50 would go through a regular atomizer in summer like a fart in pants.

Liquid control isn’t stupid… it wouldn’t be in DL either.
My MTL liquids with 80-85 percent PG content are perfectly fine in 30+ degrees Celsius.

Let’s say it’s true.. the atomizer is no longer an issue… But originally I also stuck to the 70/30 ratio, then I followed @Zolika’s advice and the approx. 50/50 worked for me… I don’t usually calculate very precisely with the flavoring.. I mix the base liquid to 55/45 + the flavoring is approx. 50/50

70 PG/30 VG and you’ll already feel it. There will be less vapor, more flavor, less mellow flavors, but the unique characteristics will emerge more. (For me, a lot of PG is like diluting it with flour or something similar; it puts a veil over the flavors)

And what’s the recommended amount to add.
