But this much can still be asked of him/her/it, whether there is a model not too expensively that is even more modern and has finer control. (Within 3-5 years it will pay for itself at most on the electricity bill and on comfort - especially in the evening, at night).

Expect its outdoor unit to be significantly louder if you also use it for heating. I didn’t know and was surprised; I quickly turned it off, thinking something was wrong, but the technician said it’s normal for heating.

My windows were replaced about a week ago. I wasn’t sure at first, but I think the house can be kept 4-5 degrees cooler!

Special glass coating, you have to ask for that kind of glass from the factory and the heat won’t get in, if the sun beats down on the glass it’s totally cool
