From now on, @Gilbert can also respond in public topics if you mention it. This is a good replacement feature for triggering the mentioned above automated response or if you just want to bring it into a conversation. Then you simply mention it in your reply and it will respond. However, we would like this to be a “last resort” and not at the expense of human interactions. For now, it’s in the test phase, we’ll see…
