French aromas, why do they sting?

Hello everyone! I’ve been experimenting with solub, Revulute flavorings for a while. It seems this is only a problem with the French flavorings. They sting terribly, does anyone have a tip what might be wrong with them? I’m at the point where I’m going back to English [ones]. I only have 1-2 weeks left of my German stuff. Energy drink, strawberry, every existing thing irritates, and it’s already burning the roof of my mouth. I’ve already poured out 3 liters. The base is definitely good.

Do you use nicotine? What strength? Your own mix? Do you steep them?

This is really strange then. :thinking: May I know which tank? And what base ratio?

I haven’t had luck with the aromas mentioned above, but I haven’t heard much good about them, at least concerning the Solubs…

Some people are also sensitive to PG. What ratio do you mix?

50/50 zeus zx. The base is definitely good, e.g., heisemberg completely delivers what is expected.

Do you smoke as well? Any irritation will intensify the “stinging.” Prolonged inflammation as well.

Since 2-3 mg of nicotine is not much, and you are also ventilating, and the other flavorings provide the usual experience, I only have two tips:

  • one is to try DL with a 60 VG/40 PG base, or even better, a 70 VG/30 PG base
  • the other is that whichever flavoring stings, forget it, switch to a similar flavor profile from another brand.

Flavors from sour fruits tend to be sharper, by the way. (That was also my problem.)
