Hi! Reliable, in the sense that it’s not something else in the bottle. Personally, I’ve tried about 15-20 types, half of them dessert or dessert tobacco flavors. To put it mildly, it didn’t work out, it’s not tasty, I don’t like it, so my advice is: at your own risk. 
They don’t have a tobacco flavor. Some of the fruity ones are okay. Desserts: well, let’s leave those alone…. but tastes differ.

One more thought: it ages very badly. What was drinkable at 2 months old had already turned into a browned, dark, bad-tasting thing by 6 months old. Their desserts taste like bonbons produced in the socialist era (Comecon)
