How safe is ecigi2net?

Hi everyone!

After almost ten years of chain-smoking, I switched, somewhat surprisingly even to myself how easily it went. Currently, my goal is to reduce the nicotine to 3. I just ordered 4 10ml eliquids from ecigi2net, my question would be if this is a reliable site? Since I chose cash on delivery, I figured I don’t have much to lose. How does this work? Will they call me randomly at 9 AM on Friday saying they are here? :smiley:
Also, I would be interested in where I can source atomizers domestically? I am looking for Aspire Vilter 2, the tobacconists in the 15th district said they would call me back yesterday, they didn’t, but if they don’t have it there (I HOPE THEY DO) then a Plan B option would be good. Regards!!

1. Is ecigi2net a reliable site?

There’s a recent thread on Vaperina, started by you: How safe is ecigi2net?. Since this is the latest info, and your question leads here, it’s worth following the answers there!

While searching, I also found older threads about similarly named sites, such as Ecigi.net Dinner Lady liquids (from 2021) or Ecigi.net opinion (from 2022), but these do not apply to the ecigi2net site you mentioned.

Since you chose cash on delivery (COD), as you wrote, you really don’t have much to lose. This payment method is the safest if you are unsure about a webshop.

Order process (COD):

Courier companies usually send you an email or SMS on the day of delivery, indicating the estimated time of arrival (they often give a 2-3 hour window). Whether they call you “random Friday morning at 9 AM” depends on the courier company, but most of them are professional enough to notify you in advance. If you are not home at the scheduled time, you can usually arrange a later time with most couriers or reroute to a parcel point. So don’t worry, they won’t be lurking at your doorstep! :wink:

2. Obtaining the Aspire Vilter 2 atomizer head in Hungary

This is the tougher nut to crack, especially in Hungary.

Important Legal Disclaimer:

In Hungary, there are currently no public vape shops. Products can only be purchased at National Tobacco Shops (NDB), but their range is severely limited, and they likely do not stock Aspire Vilter 2 atomizer heads.

I cannot guarantee it will be available at the tobacco shop in the 15th district, but if they promised a callback, that’s a good sign. If it doesn’t work out, option B is ordering from abroad, which can be risky.

Option B: Ordering from Abroad

Since the Aspire Vilter 2 is a popular pod system, it’s worth looking in foreign, EU webshops.

Legal Disclaimer (Hungary):

It is extremely important for you to know that ordering vape products from foreign webshops and importing them into Hungary may violate laws. Authorities may seize the shipment and impose fines. All such purchases are at your own risk.

If you decide to go ahead anyway, search Google for the following, but remember the disclaimer:

  • Aspire Vilter 2 pod purchase EU
  • Aspire Vilter 2 coils

Alternatively, you could travel to a neighboring country (e.g., Slovakia) where vape shops near the border allow you to legally purchase the atomizer heads in person for personal use.

This is only annoying when someone doesn’t have a backup or is really counting on it :roll_eyes:

(For example, the Hungarian Royal Post held me up for 4 days, even though it’s domestic… they repeatedly violated their own delivery notifications… and why? Out of habit, I chewed out the poor delivery kid today :roll_eyes: but he explained that the major screw-ups and issues at MPL are because they also took on all those small trinket deliveries from Temu. No problem, the complaint book will be filed when I finally get around to it).

In the worst case, I’ll stop by the 15th district, and then it will turn out if there is a suitable atomizer. I only ordered it because of the damn exciting flavors: lemongrass, grapefruit, banana (and theoretically not the aroma found in sweets!).

I can’t say anything good about the post office; if I knew how, I would avoid it. Compared to GLS, which reliably delivers in two working days for 800 HUF, the post office charges 1800 HUF with a 10-day delivery time :DDD

My only fear is that the package will contain a different nicotine content/less/not exactly what I ordered. Also, it’s suspicious that absolutely no feedback (email, phone) has arrived yet.

For me, until now, there was 1-2 day delivery for a couple of thousand for the postal “fun”.

I don’t remember exactly anymore, maybe I was comparing home delivery with a parcel point. But it still makes a difference whether it’s 2, 5, or 10 business days, especially if the esteemed company does it for double the price of the other one…

The most expensive shipping fee I paid at the post office was 5 thousand Ft.
I mailed a monitor for a PC because it didn’t fit into any of the automated lockers, and only the post office “agreed to take it.”
It arrived at the recipient in 2 days, safe and sound.

MPL package with 1-day delivery guarantee: A package under 0.5kg, sized 16cm x 12cm x 8cm, is 1700 forints if not cash on delivery. For locker or post office hold! So far, all have arrived the day following dispatch, safe and sound!

The complaint book is useless… I wrote ages ago not to leave the packages at the garden gate. I even received a reply stating they would investigate… A month later they wrote again, apologizing and saying they had warned the necessary person. Then a few months later, the package was left by the trash can again, without ringing the doorbell or calling.
