The preparation method is simple. But first, you have to suffer with it :roll_eyes:. Oh well, I know the old method. Wide pot, a little water, put the snails in. You light it, slowly heat it over a low flame, they come out of their shells completely. Now comes the rough cutting. Well, this part is tricky because you see the organs and easily chop them off. But you have to work quickly with them, it’s hard to define the head and the tail. Unfortunately, they jump/contract. :downcast_face_with_sweat: Next, they need to be steamed in garlic butter, then with your chosen spice: marjoram, rosemary, parsley, vegetable greens, or possibly a Provence mix. Then we mix in a little spinach or sorrel. Let it simmer a bit. Let them cool down a little, then serve them warm in their shells. Recommended side dish: parsley roasted potatoes. Perfect bite. :pinched_fingers::grin:

That’s not an outrageous price, it’s roughly what the price became everywhere after the tax stamp was applied… Unfortunately, this is the world we live in.

This was achieved thanks to Tóti’s leadership, but it wasn’t just what increased for them. They imposed a luxury tax on many things. Unfortunately, the previous administration gave away the reserves to some mildly nationalistic country in trouble. Now the money must be recovered somewhere.

Since my last visit to Párkány, I’ve sworn that from now on I will only order either :pinched_fingers: or :snail:, precisely because of what you wrote; at least there is quality there, especially with the southern option… :smiley:

That’s not so bad.. basically, generally, a 30ml average aroma is currently 12-15 euros. Where they haven’t imposed excise duty on it yet… ..
