You’re writing this correctly, which is why we never soaked these. For tape recorder and VCR pressure rollers, dry sanding helped more, but replacement was the correct solution. ![]()
Soaked in a 40-70 percent solution of Isopropyl alcohol, if you have one, you can also put such things in an ultrasonic cleaner for a few minutes. Triple effectiveness. (For what is worth cleaning or saving…)
