I recently visited a cardiologist because my blood pressure readings have been similar for about 1 year. He started by saying that these are just numbers, but if there are no symptoms, it can easily be ruled out, and of course, just like you, I have none. In my opinion, it would be advisable for you to go to a doctor too, because who knows what process has developed. I am currently taking the blood pressure reducer, and then next month they will adjust
