S.O.S! Someone help, my bike is broken!

Hi everyone!
Well, I messed up! I had a clone Byka V9. I managed with it until now, although it sometimes gave me headaches… This morning it gave up, and now it’s checkmate! Don’t ask me what’s wrong with it, I don’t know exactly. It doesn’t detect the coil and displays 0.04 ohm. So it doesn’t work!
So I’m left here, regretting it…
Does anyone have a used MTL tank for sale that is simple, easy to coil (I struggled a lot with the Byka, sometimes I could barely take it apart!) urgently and cheaply?
I don’t understand tanks… I’m really clueless in this topic!
I can pay in person in Tiszakécske, or via bank transfer for postal shipping
Really urgent because I haven’t vaped since this morning!
Thanks for the help, Tia

Hi!
The mod is likely the problem, but check the screws in the V9, tighten them at the bottom and at the coil connection. And is a piece of wire sticking out from the coil that might cause a short circuit?

Hi! The mod is good because I dug up the original atomizer tank where the atomizer has been sitting for about 2 years. It shows that it would work with it, but I don’t have a new atomizer! I took the By-Ka apart 3 times and my 15-year-old son also tried to bring it to life. I’d gladly mail it to anyone who feels motivated enough to breathe life into it… it can stay there!

There isn’t much that can go wrong this badly in it; at most, some insulator needs to be replaced, and as I said, there is a short circuit… I would gladly give another RTA, but I see we are far from each other.

It worked until now and I don’t understand what happened to it… I turn it the same way as before, everything is the same. You might be right that it’s some small gasket issue, but I really don’t know much about it and there’s no man in the house (apart from my sons) who could take a look at it.

There’s a large screw at the bottom of the RTA. Loosen it, then tighten it. Do this a few times. That could be the error, which is what I would check first.

The air nozzle? Because there are 2 small screws underneath and the big one in the middle which is for airflow. It’s a longish thing. That goes up for the coil building.
I tried to work magic on that too…
Honestly, before I wrote here, I spent 3 hours trying to bring it to life.
I re-wicked/re-coiled it a good few times, disassembled it, tightened screws etc. but it doesn’t like me

If you can, come to Cibakháza, I’ll lend you another RTA.
Edit: bring the By-ka too, we’ll fix it.

Yes, but it’s not just an air nozzle, it’s the positive pin, so that could be the main culprit. It has to work, these are long-lasting.

Ohh, you’re so sweet, thank you very much!
I quickly looked up a bus because I thought I’d just hop over
It’s not far… Uh-huh, 2 transfers, 2-3 hours to get there! Unbelievable that they can’t set up decent public transport! Without a car, you’re dead :face_with_diagonal_mouth:
But if you want, I’d be happy to mail you the byka, because it’s even cheaper. And you can keep it!
I suffered incredibly much with it until I took off the cover, and everything was so cumbersome with it. I always told the kid to turn it, take it apart because I couldn’t handle it!
Yes, I should have replaced it with another one a long time ago if I suffered so much with it, but the money was always needed elsewhere
Well, now, whether I like it or not, it has to be replaced.

There are other pins for it too… They’re unopened. I just have no idea what the difference is.
I’ll try replacing it, maybe that’s the problem.

Is the ferry not running to Nagyrév?
It would be closer and cheaper too.

It doesn’t run, as far as I know, the Tisza is very low… But I’ll check, it might have started running after all, I just don’t know about it.
Does a bus go from Nagyrév to Cibakháza?
I’m an immigrant, the local villages and transportation are still all a blur to me.

Even if not from Nagyrév, a bus comes this way from that direction.

IMO, the middle bigger screw needs to be checked to see if it’s loose. And the small ones too, of course.

Sorry, I see the guide is ongoing, I don’t want to be a know-it-all, but…

Buy/Sell: there’s a V10 by-ka clone listed. If you manage to fix it, it’s a backup; if not, it’s a solution. And the seller is reliable.

We are 25km away from the solution.
Unfortunately, I only have a bicycle.

Well, I’ll swim across the Tisza if there’s no ferry! I’ve already swum across the Danube  though that was about 23 years ago :rofl:
Unfortunately, I don’t have anyone I know who has a car. I’m incredibly introverted to begin with, I have friends from 20-25 years ago but they live at the other end of the country  No family or relatives, just my 3 kids and my sister who lives 300 km away.
This town is about as introverted as I am, everyone is a foster parent… except me, of course, and they guard their little secrets very closely, and I don’t force friendships. The few people I’ve befriended ride bikes (well, I can’t even do that) or scooters  I’m waiting for my eldest son to turn 18 and get his driver’s license (only 1 year left)
But I’ll write you a private message, and if not today, because the return trip is tricky, then let’s figure something out for tomorrow so I can get across.
Until then, I’m stuck with this carburetor that’s been worn out for 2 years… Phew, a truly unforgettable experience! :face_with_peeking_eye:

I think you should first try to take a photo of it, take out the screw, take a photo of that too, send it here, maybe Zolee can fix it remotely…

I don’t want byka (byka). We are not compatible :face_with_peeking_eye:
