Very reliable. Just got a few things from there. They also mediate in enforcing plush toy warranties. If by any chance the item doesn’t match the description, you can take action on the Allegro website, and they explicitly state that the seller covers the return shipping cost. I had one problem and didn’t handle it directly through Allegro. You could say the seller was helpful but not very inclined towards a solution, so I said we’d involve the partner. Immediately (5 days) I got 50% of the price back.
