Hi everyone. I lent my DL tank device to my friend to try it out, but he accidentally vaped it dry, and it got a burnt taste. If I add liquid to it now, will it taste normal again, or is the whole atomizer ruined?

It depends on how long it was dry-hit and how much cotton was in the wick… but since it’s DL, replacement is almost certain.

The cotton is burnt.
Even if you fill it with liquid, the unpleasant burnt taste will remain.
I definitely recommend replacing the coil head.

It’s recommended to prime the coil with e-liquid for about 10-15 minutes before use.

I usually do it like that, but unfortunately, he/she didn’t notice that the liquid ran out of it and kept vaping on it.

, unfortunately that’s trash, burnt cotton is one of my worst tasting experiences…
