Has anyone traveled towards Párkány (Štúrovo) in the past few days? 
It seems like the local excise tax is also applied there with similar pricing as in Hungary, making it less worthwhile – based on the prices and news I’ve found.

Yes, they can sell off the excise-duty-free stock until June 30th, and after that, from July, only excise products can be on the store shelves. So as a product runs out and the stock is replenished, it can only be an excise product.

So I’ll think twice about whether it’s worth getting it, especially since I’m only looking for a NARS foundation (don’t spare me in PM if anyone has a tip). Do you think it’s even possible to get it at Nemzeti? 6-8 years ago it was possible to get it in the 16th district, although even then at an unrealistic price.

I was in Košice at the weekend and thought, since I’m already there, I’ll do some quick shopping. I had already looked up everything beforehand (I specifically wanted to buy nicotine liquids, to try them out, from those that also have an aroma or longfill version).
I find the shop, take out my list. Then I’m amazed…
Because the guy working there told me that there’s nothing, as they were forced to remove all products from the shelves that will be subject to excise duty. It’s true, they have it in the warehouse, but they can’t sell it… They can only sell devices or accessories. I couldn’t buy anything…
I don’t know if it’s the same in Štúrovo, but according to the guy, there’s nothing available anywhere in Košice.

I called a shop in Párkány (“tasty vapor”, located at Sobieszkő 362/10), there’s no nikso (booster), but theoretically, there’s something else. He wasn’t very communicative, but maybe it’ll be useful for someone. I’d be curious if I went further towards the border, if I would find any salt anywhere, although the experience in Košice isn’t very encouraging.

The seller told me three thousand six hundred at the national one, if my memory serves me right (last week), I guess it could be 60-120ml for that price, I didn’t ask further, but I saw chubby bottles in the drawer, so it’s likely the larger one.
the nicotine liquid is 18mg, 10ml, 1800 - my personal opinion is that the difference is noticeable compared to Revolute’s nicotine liquid (
) in favor of Revolute, even though I usually only top up the zero [nicotine liquid] with 1-1 bottle. I guess it’s even more noticeable in larger quantities.

By the way, it doesn’t really belong here, but it was funny how I asked the seller for two bottles of nicotine salt and he looked at me with a shocked expression, but he didn’t dare to say or ask if I knew that it’s not suitable for consumption on its own, he was just completely blown away that I was only asking for that? Oh my god!

Still, I managed to leave 230 euros there I don’t know how far Komárno is, but there are 3 shops there. I’ll go there next time.

Párkányi friss tapasztalatok:
Since we spent half a day in the mentioned town, visiting 4 shops during that time, there is plenty of info.
After our arrival, we parked the car, then headed to the first shop. Here, we felt like we had stepped into a TV studio. Saturday afternoon, packed with people. The items are not yet stamped, but the stock is only about 40%, with popular products running out. Neutral shop, Castle Long is from here.
After this, since there are none like this at home, we visited a real VAPE BAR on the pedestrian street. The stock here is also minimal, the DC Pistachio, Luna, and Shinigami already have the tax stamp on them, however, there was a 50% discount on all products. I don’t know how long this lasts. Positive.
After this, we continued our walk on Sturovo’s charming pedestrian street, and since my colleague had never seen a HYBRID CIGARETTE shop before, I took him to one. He’s only just transitioned. The salespeople here are friendly, the two ladies, besides being gorgeous, also understood our silly vape jokes. I bought Don Juan here, unfortunately, they are already stamped, but at least the selection is abundant.
Since we got hungry, we looked for a VAPE shop in a MALL, thinking we might be able to eat something too… This didn’t work out, we only ate in Esztergom, but our last shop was the most positive surprise. Its operator is a gentleman who has been vaping for 15 years, and we quickly went through the formalities (my friend put out his Dicodes-Pelso, and I put out the ZQ-Moka combo on the table), then we got into a very good conversation. We were in a nostalgic Hungarian Eagle Vapors mood when he drew our attention to a clearance sale on several 10 and 30 ml aromas. 10 ml for 2 euros, 30 ml for 5 euros. I bought Darkstar, the blue dunno-what, visible in the picture, and two T-juices here, for a total of 20 euros. Other items are already stamped.
The two Moradas are from Softparade Zoltán.
These are, of course, subjective opinions, but the stock levels are facts, I asked about this everywhere. It’s worth quickly tripling up if you want to get aromas, longfills cheaply. I didn’t buy anything else.

Yesterday we visited the city again…
3 x 30ml, and 4 x 10ml aroma plus two boxes of Bacon Prime cotton for 42,000… a brave new world.
