Hello everyone 
I would like to try using SS wire instead of Ni80. Strictly for DL. What should I pay attention to with SS? Is there a significant difference? (The reason for my curiosity is that many people praise it in terms of flavor reproduction… I’m researching, but I’ve already ordered 10ft SS316L 36GA triple core) Thanks in advance for your answers. Uhh… if I’m reading this correctly 
3x36 gauge wire twisted together.
This pretty much won’t be good for DL use.
That’s very thin wire, even three times over, unless you also have ribbon wire at home for it, to wrap it onto, and then you’ll have a combo Clapton-like “wire”.
