Yes, here is the solution.
One thing was that I put the wrong seal under the sleeve. I received a ton of rubber rings along with the tanks, which are for about 5-6 types. The one I selected fit perfectly into the groove under the sleeve (bottom of the Metal Sleeve in the exploded diagram), but its thickness was probably insufficient. In the evening, I also found a round cross-section one that fit the size there, but there is an identical one on the top, under the fill cap (diagram Top Cap). After that, I replaced all the seals as well. For example, the one where the drip tip goes in has two tiny thin rings on the other side that slide into the top of the atomizer (it fit quite loosely), I found new ones for there too. I reassembled it and for now, it seems good. It didn’t leak anything until morning. The sweating/weeping at the sleeve also stopped.
