Hi, I don’t know this tank either, but looking at the video, it uses the BVC atomizer, which I also use sometimes in my Nautilus 2 and 3 tanks. You might find 1 factory defect out of every 20-30 pieces, but generally, they don’t leak, they don’t let the liquid through (especially not puddle-sized amounts), it might gurgle a bit on the first puff but is fine afterwards. This is what I experienced; there were times when I put it down for a week and there was no leakage.
Based on this, I would suspect a vacuum problem, which could be due to a non-fitting or incorrectly sized part, a missing gasket, or even deformation (e.g., due to impact) or a hairline crack in the tank’s metal material (top cap, deck, etc.).
Your original question concerned the position of the gasket; this might also be the cause of the leak. You might find the answer in the linked video or try searching for an exploded diagram using Google Image Search. I didn’t have much time for this now, but for example, I found this. Because a gasket might be missing elsewhere, causing it not to hold the vacuum.
P.S.: I submitted a PSU sleeve to the Bazaar, it increases its capacity (end of advertisement
