Sziasztok Németből rendeltem ecigit múlt hét kedden és pénteken vette át a magyar posta azóta ott dekkol, mit gondoltok mennyi idő még kihozzák?
A 2Fdeal-ről rendeltem 2db atomizert, Nov 26-tól ült rajta a posta,tegnap vettem át.Csak viszonyítás végett, az áruháztól BP-ig 2 nap kellett a csomagnak.

2fdeal ÉS posta??? Ők ilyen ocsmányságot nem szoktak, tisztességes csomagos futár hozza![]()
A M.kir.Posta a teljes év végi szétcsúszás állapotban van épp, attól függ, hogy a kupac alján vagy a tetején van a motyód…
Bocsánat,elírtam.Igazad van Express One hozta.A dátumok viszont igazak. ![]()
Egy pillanatra komolyan megijesztettél ![]()
Mivel?
I think I’m going to explode ![]()
My daughter sent me a small letter, a tiny package (gift) worth 18, that is 18 pounds.
The post office, or the tax authority, or whoever, calculates the value by adding the shipping fee to the package’s value. They managed to calculate this with such an exchange rate that they determined the package’s value to be 17,452 Ft.
VAT must be paid after 17 thousand (Ft), and only customs agent fees are charged until then.
Now everyone responsible can go to hell ![]()
I don’t understand what the shipping fee has to do with it…
Assholes…
Me neither, but if the person who came up with this were here now…
Meanwhile, the devil.

But fuck their mothers.
Money is needed there too… I’m already sick of these people.
Should I save money to give it to them?
Even a dick has an end…
Next time, let’s not email attachments.

They would have gotten out of that too. ![]()
Unfortunately, that’s how it is, and has been for quite a while. Many, many years ago, I ordered computer hardware from the USA. Back then, the product’s value + shipping cost was considered the customs value. Luckily, it still stayed under 150 euros.
“The basis for paying the public tax is the value of the goods increased by the freight cost (customs value).”
What’s more, it gets even ‘better’ when the value of the goods + freight cost exceeds 150 euros, meaning it becomes subject to customs duty. In such cases, “the basis for VAT is the value of the goods together with the freight cost, increased by the amount of customs duty”, so they tax you with customs duty, and then you have to pay VAT on that tax as well… Here you go, lame one, here’s a hump too.
At times like these, I usually wonder if whoever is capable of inventing such things is a complete moron or just a very clever, average “public servant” who won the competition for “who can invent the most rip-off rule” within the administration.
By the way, these rules were created by our “dear” lawmakers many, many years ago. The NAV (National Tax and Customs Administration) and, at the end of the line, the post office, act merely as customs agents based on these legal regulations.
I don’t know who it was or who they were, but one thing
Yeah, thanks! I looked into it myself. It’s a ‘joke’ that for a gift worth about 8500 Ft, for which they paid about 8500 Ft abroad for shipping, they add another 6,300 Ft here. I would have even come to terms with the 1650 Ft customs agent fee. I don’t understand this theory that the shipping cost constitutes the package’s value.
But there are many things I don’t understand here anymore.
And by the authorities, I wasn’t referring to the post office or the tax office (though they are also worth their money), but rather to whoever came up with this regulation.
This trickery stems from the eternal cycle of reactions, and unfortunately (like almost everything) it can backfire on the average person, as it has for you now.
Our “dear” lawmakers quickly realized that if they only look at the product’s value, the rule can be easily circumvented. For example, there’s a UK seller, you want to buy something and (for simplicity) you want to pay in euros. They reply that the product is 160 EUR + 20 EUR shipping costs. You write back asking what if the invoice was 140 EUR + 40 EUR shipping costs, they agree because they still get their 180 euros, and you can import it duty-free with the 140 EUR product price (whereas the original 160 EUR would have already been duty-free).
Similarly, there used to be a rule many years ago that items sent as gifts between private individuals were concessionary or completely duty-free, I don’t remember exactly. Obviously, everyone sent everything with the “Gift” note, this also wasn’t long-lived because they realized this too, and they don’t care about this designation, nobody believes it’s a gift… And there’s the customs tariff number, which can also indicate a price range for its realistic value, and they can still open the package if anything is suspicious on the customs declaration, e.g., the price, product designation, etc.
