Good question, because here at home, due to regulations, ordering pre-made liquids and nicotine products is quite complicated, and moreover, it’s not really legal outside of tobacconists.
However, the good news is that you can easily get the base ingredients like PG/VG (base liquid) and flavors, because these are not strictly considered vape products, but rather food-grade/pharmaceutical-grade chemicals and flavorings.
